What’s a routing number and where can I find it?

A routing number is the nine-digit code on the bottom left of your check. This number helps banks and businesses locate your account so they can transfer money in and out.

Andrew Johnson Bank’s Routing Number is 064202860.

For international wire transfers, please contact your local banker or customer service representative.

I forgot my Personal Online Banking password. How do I reset it?

First, double check to make sure your Login ID is spelled correctly, including any special characters and spacing. If that still doesn’t work, easily reset your password by following these steps:

  1. Click on the “Forgot Password?” link below the Login ID box.
  2. Complete the information requested.
  3. We will email you a temporary password within a few minutes.
  4. Login using the temporary password and set your new password.

How do I check my account balance or look at transactions on my account?

We make it easy to check your account balance or account transactions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply log into your online banking account, use your mobile app or call the First Lady. Our First Lady Telephone Banking number is 877-4AJ-Bank (877-425-2265) and select “option 1” to be connected to our convenient automated telephone banking system.
(Please note that Telephone Banking doesn’t list transactions that are still pending.)

How do I report account fraud or a lost debit card?

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your consent, call your local branch immediately.

If you lost your card or if there are unauthorized transactions, you can lock the card via our Mobile App or by calling your local branch. If you need to report a lost or stolen card on the weekend or after business hours and do not use Mobile Banking, please call 800-472-3272.

How do I make changes to my address or other contact information?

Life is constantly changing. So, when you need to update your account information, just give us a call at 877-4AJ-Bank or stop by your local branch. We’ll get everything squared away in no time.

How do I re-order checks?

After you've placed your initial order at one of our locations or talking to us on the phone, please visit our partner Harland Clarke and make your order through their online service.
